School Access Information

Kids Web Dev supports school-led learner onboarding with Harding Christian Academy in South Africa. The school coordinates class access, sends parent or guardian information, and confirms learner changes so accounts stay accurate and accountable.

From access to evidence of learning. The programme is designed for learners who may be new to coding, new to structured online learning, or sharing limited devices. Each class should leave learners with saved projects, submitted work, teacher feedback, and a clearer path into practical digital skills.

How Learners Join

  1. The admin records the school access agreement in the app.
  2. The school sends the parent or guardian information letter.
  3. The teacher creates a class and shares the class join code.
  4. The learner creates a learner account and enters the class code.
  5. The admin grants learning access before lessons unlock for that learner.

Parent Or Guardian Letter Template

Schools may adapt this template before sending it:

Harding Christian Academy uses Kids Web Dev, an online coding learning app for class lessons, practice, saved projects, submissions, and teacher feedback. Learners will use a school class code. The app processes learner account, class, progress, project, submission, review, access, and audit information for education purposes only. It does not use learner data for advertising. Current hosting may involve infrastructure outside South Africa. Questions or requests for access, correction, withdrawal, deletion, or anonymisation can be sent to the Harding Christian Academy contact person and the Kids WebDev contact form.

When A Learner Leaves

The school should notify the app admin. Admins can export the learner record, deactivate access immediately, withdraw authorisation, and anonymise learner-owned project and progress data after confirmation.
